In the 50 rooms and 11 suites, the London design studio of interior architect Martin Brudnizki has given free rein to use its imagination to create singular worlds inspired by Grand Siècle classicism. A decor oozing character, bathed in natural light, with a concern for perfect comfort, where guests can live in complete privacy.

For this homage to the fine tradition of French decorative arts, Martin Brudnizki's offbeat artistic vision has drawn on the high-level craftsmanship of companies with the Living Heritage Company label. “I love the concept of the literary salon of yesteryear and this was one of the main sources of inspiration when designing Le Grand Mazarin. We wanted the hotel to feel as though it has always been a part of Le Marais’ landscape so we sought inspiration from the great houses of the aristocratic era, where figures from literature, art and music gathered in sumptuous residences, exchanging ideas and thoughts. Our concept of Le Grand Mazarin was to reignite this ambience for the modern day, where guests feel as though they have arrived home and have the freedom to express themselves.”

BOUBALÉ RESTAURANT

In Boubalé, "my little darling" in Yiddish, the affectionate code name used by Eastern European grandmothers to talk about those they love. A whole state of mind for the restaurant, the bar, the winter garden and the terrace, not forgetting the mysterious cabaret. The beautiful team of JLM Group (Balagan, Shabour*, Tekés, Shosh...), partner of the Pariente family, has taken up the challenge of offering a new experience, which promises to make Paris vibrate with an energy as whimsical as it is generous. In Boubalé, the creativity of starred Israeli chef Assaf Granit dares to revisit the Ashkenazi culinary tradition of his childhood for the first time. Adorned with irresistible colours and flavours, mixed with an eclectic modernity, the dishes are delicate and delicious.
